Work as if u own the company.
You do things because it is better, more efficient, exciting. Because it is possible. Because you want to.
If you have it, you shall get the money, the designation, the work, the authority, the acclaim, everywhere. But the satisfaction and rush will only come when you will be doing it all for yourself.
